新的服务提供者

经过五位候选人面试之后，委员会已决定选择Perkhidmatan Keselamatan Laksamana (M) Sdn Bhd于8月1日2014年将正式成为南滨园的保安服务提供者。纳入考虑的条件包括，保安优质度，服务水平，以及其它相关背景的能力和人际交往能力。在等待新的廓尔喀（Gurkha）保安员安顿期间，新的保安将是由当地人接管。负责人是Mok Tai Dwan先生，和主管是会说英语的Encik Mohamad Naser （手机016 7781718）。请你们给予新公司充分的合作，继续在每月的第一个星期内支付他们140令吉的两个月服务费。如果支付现金，请要求立即发出正式收据。支付支票是优先的。两个热线电话017-8436436或016-7954033仍保持不变。此公司也是CMS（中央监控服务）的服务供应商。

我们借此机会感谢Vescape Security与Capt Raja在过去的服务。

再次需要提醒居民要确保他们的付款要在月的7日前支付，如果经过两个星期的宽限期未缴纳服务费，门禁卡将被封锁。请注意，该卡都严禁转让，服务供应商也可酌情拒绝发放卡。目前为止，门禁卡售价仍维持在每张RM 50.00令吉。

在新的合同下，保安公司将每月从支付的每户家当从贡献3令吉的款项给南滨园居民协会作为回报，该协会则将负责安全设备的维护。

市议会储藏室（Vector Building）关闭

虽然建筑已被拆除完成，该场地仍处于一片混乱。居民协会已向MBJB投诉清理杂物。

南滨园部落格  (Tasek Blogger )

该协会已委任Christopher Toh接替主席职务成为南滨园部落格（Tasek Blogger ）博客，以及管理南滨园面子书(Tasek Facebook)。请大家游览该面子书网页按个 “赞”。他的电子邮件地址是    Christopher.toh@gmail.com  or tamantasek@gmail.com

卡啦ok音响系统

马华公会妇女组捐献RM4,000给我们南滨园的卡啦ok音响系统已安装在礼堂内。假如有任何居民想举办歌唱比赛请联络我们的南滨园筹委会。协会需要协调人在每一个或每两个星期主办卡啦ok歌唱活动。

安全系统升级

安全设备经受了好几次雷电袭击造成严重损失。南滨园筹委已花费超过RM15，000将现装的安全系统升级，装置了新的闭路电视和自动道闸系统。此外，4个新的闭路电视已安装在KK咖啡店门口监视在两回车道，入口车辆的运动。Jalan Jeram入口的三个闭路电视摄影机属也被升级到30倍变焦能力。所有这些工作将有助于进一步加强南滨园安全系统。

骨痛热症病例

南滨园Jalan Lembah 4已发现有骨痛热症病例 。在此提醒居民应清空积水容器，清理排水沟和下水道。

开斋节下午茶

2014年8月16日（星期六）下午4点在南滨园礼堂将有举办开斋节下午茶活动 ，次下午茶由Keselamatan Laksamana(M) Sdn Bhd 赞助 ， 随后会有关于CMS的演说。

委员会成员

我们邀请年轻居民自愿担任委员会或小组委员会，因为协会目前由平均年龄64岁的老年人担任委员。这将有助于改善游乐场和轮滑场供孩子们玩耍的空间。

New service provider

After interviewing 5 potential candidates, the committee has decided to select Perkhidmatan Keselamatan Laksamana (M) Sdn Bhd as the service provider for Taman Tasek with effective from 1^st August 2014.  This is done based on a list of criteria,  such as quality of guards,  services level, other related back- up capabilities and  interpersonal skills. The new guards will be local guards while waiting for the Gurkha guards to be orientated. The director in charge is Mr Mok Tai Dwan

and the supervisor is Encik Mohamad Naser (mobile 016 7781718)  who is English-speaking. Please give your full cooperation to  the new company and continue to pay them the  service charges of RM 140  for two months  within the first week of the month as before. If payment is by cash please insist on immediate official receipts. Cheque is preferable. The two hotline numbers 017-843 6436  or  016-795 4033  still remain the same.  Incidentally the company is also the service provider for CMS (Central Monitoring Service ) .

We take this opportunity to thank Capt Raja of Vescape Security  for the past services .

As a reminder, residents are to ensure that their payment is made before the 7th of the month  as the card will be blocked if there is no payment after two weeks’ grace period . Please note that the card are strictly non-transferable and the service provider  has the discretion to refuse issuance of card. For the time being, the access card is still maintained  at RM 50.00 per card.

The new contract obliges the security company to pay the association a sum of RM 3 per household  per month and in return the association will be responsible for the maintenance of the security equipments .

PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE TAMAN TASEK RESIDENTS’ COMMITTEE HAS  GIVEN NOTICE TO TERMINATE THE SERVICES OF THE EXISTING SERVICE  PROVIDER, VESCAPE HOLDINGS SDN BHD WITH EFFECT FROM 1^ST AUGUST 2014.

AS SUCH, PLEASE DO NOT  PAY THE SERVICE PROVIDER, VESCAPE,  AFTER THE MONTH OF  JULY 2014.

WE WILL CALLING FOR TENDER  FOR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS TO TAKE OVER THE SERVICE COMMENCING FROM 1^ST AUGUST 2014.  THE TENDER WILL CLOSE ON 31^ST  MAY 2014.

THERE ARE ALREADY TWO FIRMS WHO HAVE SHOWN  KEEN INTEREST BUT IF YOU DO KNOW OF OTHER SECURITY COMPANIES THAT ARE INTERESTED, PLEASE ASK THEM TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ANY OF THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS.

请告知，塔曼TASEK居民委员会已发出通知，终止现有服务商，VESCAPE HOLDINGS SDN BHD服务列表中生效8月1日2014年。

因此，请不要支付服务提供商，VESCAPE，2014年7月的月份后。

我们将在调用招标投其他服务提供商接管服务任期由8月1日2014年。

投标截止日期为5月31日2014年。

目前已经有两家公司曾表示有兴趣，但如果你知道，有兴趣的其它保安公司，请让他们获取与任何委员会成员。

LEGAL THREAT

One of the residents has sent a  letter through his lawyer to the association to demand apologies over a letter of invitation sent to him after he has made two sms threats to report to the authorities  on the security scheme.
The association has taken the necessary steps to respond to the lawyer and is prepared to defend the action  in  court when necessary.

RM10,000 GRANT

GREAT NEWS. OUR ASSOCIATION HAS RECEIVED A RM10,000.00 GRANT FROM THE REGISTRAR OF SOCIETIES TOWARDS THE SECURITY SCHEME.
HAVE TO SPEND WITHIN 6 MONTHS AND SHOW THEM THE RECEIPTS.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 28 APRIL 2013

Dear Residents of Taman Tasek,

For those who are members of the association, you must have received the notice of AGM.

This is a reminder that the AGM will held on Sunday 28th April at Peking Restaurant . The cost of 8-course dinner (halal) is RM 20 per member and their spouses. Guests are invited too at RM 50 per person.

Please pass the form to me at 11 Jalan Lembah 2, with the required amount of money asap.
There is also a cash award for children of members who excel in their exams.

For those who are yet to be members, pl support the association by filling in the form attached. Presently only 120 out of 450 households are members.

As  many of the current committee members are retiring, we are looking for new blood to volunteer their services to be in the committee.
